Outbound Sales Executive
£25,000 + commision
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join outbound sales team, based in our brand-new custom-built sales office at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
The ideal candidate will be eager to hit the ground running, and will enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, and rapidly expanding team, and will thrive on building their own portfolio of customers from the bottom up.
As a Sales Executive at Prince Energy, you will take full responsibility of generating your own leads and will be tasked with converting those leads into customers, as well as managing your own portfolio of customers. You will be expected to manage your customers effectively, efficiently, and diligently, and will ensure that a high level of customer service is always at the forefront of your approach.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, driven and determined, and will enjoy talking to customers and working within a team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build their own skills and develop their customer relationship abilities. Whilst experience within the fuel and energy sector is not essential, enjoying talking to people certainly is. You will benefit from regular mentoring and training from our Sales and business development manager, Ben, and will be very hands on.
Salary £25,000.00

Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.
Market Research to develop warm leads.
Correctly qualify the company and the decision maker
Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
Report weekly sales targets and objectives to sales manager.
Negotiate price with clients who are interested in making bulk orders.
Maintain contact and build relationships with clients to make sure they are satisfied, request referrals and to place orders.
Account management of customers bought in to drive business and margin up.
Building up a pipeline.
2 years previous working experience as an Outbound Sales Executive.
2 years previous working experience as an account manager.
Business to business experience preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
Able to hit and exceed targets
